Espeluche is a pretty village between City and Countryside, surrounded by hills, the perfect playground for walks and Hiking. In just a few minutes, you can explore the region's famous villages: Grignan, La Laupie, Allan, Bonlieu-sur-Roubion or Sauzet; and immerse yourself in the atmosphere so characteristic of small Provencal villages (markets, crafts, wine cellars...).

Access to the Via Rhôna 2km from the Holiday cottage. The Golf de La Valdaine is 2.5 kms away.

First floor: bedroom with two single beds (2x90x200) and en-suite shower room+dressing room, laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer), bathroom, wc.
First floor: fitted kitchen, air-conditioned living room opening onto the terrace (sofa, armchairs, TV), two bedrooms: one with two single beds (2x90x190) and the other with 2 single beds (2x 90x190) and its own shower room, wc.
Large terrace giving access to a vast enclosed garden planted with trees and flowers. Under the lime tree, you'll find a wooden lounge where you can cool off at the end of the day. Access to Holiday cottage via terrace (4 steps).
Sheltered parking on the property. The Holiday cottage borders a busy secondary road. Baby equipment on request: Umbrella bed, high chair, bathtub.
