L'Écu d'argent is a tastefully restored stone house set on a large property on the edge of the village (150m). Ideally located, just 20 min from Romans-sur-Isère and 30 min from Valence, Rochefort Samson, a commune in the Vercors Regional Nature Park, offers the perfect starting point for your sporting outings: Hiking or cycling on the 70 km Monts du Matin loop, between the Vercors, Royans and Drôme des collines, to discover the richness of this itinerary (ridges, undergrowth, meadows); rock-climbing at Combe d'Oyans or, for the most discerning enthusiasts, climbing the Rocher des Deux Sœurs: thrills guaranteed! The more epicurean will perhaps be content to enjoy the comforts of this cosy Holiday cottage, which offers a breathtaking view of the Mountain massif.
First floor (1 step): fully-equipped kitchen opening onto living room. 1st floor (air-conditioned): bedroom (2 beds 80x200cm, 1 bed 90x190cm in alcove accessed via 6 steps), windows with shutters, curtains and blinds, storage space, bookcase), shower room/wc (accessible either from the bedroom via the sliding door or from the landing (classic door). Outside for your exclusive use: east-facing terrace (garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, unobstructed view), 1 parking space. To share with us: courtyard, heated swimming pool (7x3m, max. depth 1.4m, open June-September, weather permitting, alarm). In the village: bistro-restaurant, markets on Thursdays. Little extras? Sheets, towels, pool towels and housekeeping are all included, so you can enjoy your vacation with complete peace of mind! To complete your stay: Floriane is an osteopath just below the property! igwhfx Petite Paradise
This little gite was perfect for my husband and me. It was spotless and well equipped and the mountain views from its windows were breath-taking. It was situated at the foot of the Ver Cor mountain range and close to a wonderful boulangerie. There was easy access to towns like Romans, Tournon, Valance, Montelimar, Le Puy, Villard de Lans, even Grenoble. There were grottos to visit, castles, Cathedrals and churches to discover and various grottos in the surrounding mountain villages. Many of the towns had market days with live music and an abundance of fruits and vegetables, fish and meat to sell. Our hosts were very welcoming and knowledgeable and able to recommend many of the cultural sites. We were very sad to leave.

Un séjour parfait dans ce gîte chaleureux ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une grande gentillesse et beaucoup d’attentions. Les propriétaires sont disponibles, souriants et font tout pour que l’on se sente immédiatement à l’aise. Le gîte est impeccable, très bien équipé et décoré avec goût, on s’y sent comme chez soi. L’environnement est calme et reposant, idéal pour se ressourcer. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et l’envie de revenir rapidement. Merci encore pour cet accueil si chaleureux ! »

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad met alle faciliteiten aanwezig, zoals wasmachine,vaatwasser en zelfs parasol . de eigenaren waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Lucas Très bon séjour
Superbe petit gîtes très tranquille disposant de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable.
La région alentour est idéale pour les promenades, randonnées, sorties touristiques, etc
La vue depuis le gîtes est magnifique
La piscine est évidemment un atout non négligeableNous avons profitez au maximum de ce gîtes malgré un séjour court et une météo un peu capricieuse.
