At the foot of the Vercors-Sud mountains, 3km from Die and just 400m from the butterfly farm, this is an ideal location for exploring the region, where there are a thousand places to discover. As an eco-lodge host in the Biovallée region, Eric is happy to open his doors to you for a weekend or longer stay. Discover the Clos des Tilleuls eco-lodge, which can accommodate 10-12 people, for get-togethers with friends or family, or seminars, thanks to its 60m² activity room (on request). The Clos des Tilleuls Eco-lodge occupies an old barn renovated with bio-sourced materials. With 4 independent bedrooms, 3 showers and 2 toilets, the decoration is sober and contemporary, without neglecting the importance of a good night's sleep with these individual beds. Numerous possibilities for Hiking, Swimming and Canoeing, cycling, local markets, visits to the historic part of the City and all services, shops, Cinema, Museums, Theater, Mediatheque, Boules, Tennis, Football and Rugby...

First floor: living room arranged around the central island with French windows opening onto the outside, bedroom (4x80x200cm including 1 bunk bed), shower room with 2 showers, separate wc, large soft-activity room (available on request). Upstairs: 3 bedrooms for 2 to 4 people (2x80x200cm) (3x80x200cm) (4x80x200cm), shower room/wc. Outside, just for you: parking, 350m² garden, 75m² east-facing terrace with unobstructed view of the Glandasse mountains. In fine weather, thanks to the garden furniture and BBQ, you can take your meals outside and enjoy lounging in the deckchairs. The Holiday cottage is adjoining our house, so you have your own entrance and no neighbours. We look forward to welcoming you and sharing with you our knowledge of the region and our favorites.
