On the outskirts of the city of Valence, the Holiday cottage is located in a quiet Countryside setting. Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of Valence's shady terraces and squares, its old town center with its strong architectural charm (narrow streets, the cathedral, the Pendentif, the Maison des Têtes...). Don't forget to relax in the Parc Jouvet, under the kiosk Penet or along the Rhône (Viarhôna and Parc de l'Epervière).

Numerous sports and tourist activities in the surrounding area, 20kms away: Tain l'Hermitage (Cité du Chocolat Valrhôna and AOC Crozes-Hermitage vineyards) and Romans-sur-Isère (International Shoe Museum and Avenue Brands). The Palais du Facteur Cheval is 40kms away. Just a few meters from the Holiday cottage is the 18-hole Les Chanalets Golf course, offering a wide range of walks.

The gîte's location provides fast, easy access to major routes: 5 km from the A7 (Lyon/Marseille) and A49 (Grenoble/Geneva) freeways, 8 km from Valence city center, 8 km from the TGV train station.

Holiday cottage with separate entrance, adjoining the owners' home. Access via outside stairs, terrace and private enclosed garden, not overlooked.
