Welcome to L'Échappée Céleste, a contemporary Holiday cottage of almost 200 m² designed as a veritable parenthesis of comfort, elegance and serenity. This luxury Holiday cottage can accommodate up to 10 people in a refined atmosphere where every detail has been carefully thought out. Noble materials, top-of-the-range fittings, French furniture and equipment: here, nothing is left to chance. The vast 80 m² living area offers a superb, light-filled space with: a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with central island, a cosy, warm relaxation area, a slightly elevated living room with direct access to the terrace and its exceptional, unobstructed view, and an electric plancha to make the most of outdoor meals. The sleeping area comprises 5 bedrooms with private bathrooms: 4 bedrooms with 160x200 cm beds (convertible to single beds on request), 1 duplex bedroom with 2 single beds 90x200 cm. A separate toilet and private parking complete the facilities. Absolute comfort is provided by ducted air-conditioning in all rooms via an aerothermal system. Committed to a sustainable approach, the Holiday cottage also benefits from: electrical autonomy thanks to solar panels, a rainwater recovery system, and a future project for a natural swimming pool fed by the property's spring and pond. The property also houses our home, a hall and a second Holiday cottage: Chant d'Étoile. However, each area has its own privacy and dedicated access to ensure peace, comfort and tranquillity for everyone.
