Just 15 minutes from the TGV station (Paris/Marseille line), the gîte is located on the Valence plain, between Chabeuil and Romans-sur-Isère. Bordered by 2 mountain ranges, the Vercors to the east and the Ardèche hills to the west, you'll appreciate the peacefulness of the setting, while taking in the region's many tourist attractions. Just a stone's throw from the foothills of the Vercors, in 1 hour you can reach the mountainous environment of the high plateaux, with its Resistance sites and remarkable roads. Nearby, the medieval circular village of Alixan, but also within 15 min: the factory outlets of Romans-sur-Isère and the heritage of Chabeuil (fortified tower and ramparts) and Valence in 25 min (Parc Jouvet, Saint-Apollinaire cathedral, Pendentif and Maison des Têtes).

Le Tourniol is a single-story cottage located next to the owner’s home, offering comfortable and modern accommodations: a kitchen-living room with access to the garden, a bedroom (140x190), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.
