On the splendid Combe-Laval road leading to the Col de la Machine, we welcome you to this tastefully restored old stone farmhouse in the heart of the Vercors for a week or a weekend.
With a maximum capacity of 4 people, our 4-star comfort gîte offers you the opportunity to recharge your batteries before setting off to discover the natural riches of the Vercors, in the immediate vicinity of the house.
Whether you're a cyclist, biker, hiker, nature lover or simply looking for peace and quiet, the gîte, its surroundings and the region will delight you.
Holiday cottage 67m². First floor: open-plan fitted kitchen, sitting area. Upstairs: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (1x160) (1x140+1x90), shower room, separate toilet. Flat-screen TV. Enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the secure garden in a 3700m² enclosed park planted with trees and flowers, the view of the Vercors and the Countryside, the shared above-ground swimming pool (6.5m diameter, open from early June to late August, opening hours 10am-7pm), the resurgent spring and the fish pond. Private, secure parking. Piscine to share open from early June to late August (opening hours: 10 a.m.-7 p.m.).

Après avoir vécu 10 ans en région lyonnaise, nous décidons en Juin 2018 de quitter l'environnement urbain pour vivre dans un cadre naturel superbe et préservé, avec nos deux enfants à l'époque.
La reprise de l'Estapade s'impose alors à nos yeux comme une évidence : cette demeure de charme constitue l'opportunité unique de concrétiser notre projet d'ouverture d'une chambre d'hôtes tout en proposant la table d'hôtes et les dégustations de vins.
L'environnement naturel du Royans Vercors est sublime, la maison magnifique, nous avons ainsi l'intime conviction de faire le bon choix pour notre famille.
La suite des événements ne nous décevra pas : l'épanouissement est total, le plaisir de recevoir et régaler nos hôtes toujours intact, notre famille désormais élargie à 4 enfants est prête à vous accueillir avec joie et enthousiasme pour de longues années !

Lopio séjour 2 couples juillet 2025
Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire puis des enfants autour de la piscine. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir le Vercors mais aussi le Royans. Village animé et riche en commerces. Nous avons adoré la combe Laval avec ses paysages majestueux et le restaurant du col de la machine ;-)
Beaucoup de sites à découvrir à moins d'une heure ainsi que de nombreuses randonnées.- Cleanliness

T. Quiet comfortable gîte in beautiful region
Clémentine always took the time to answer our questions and helped us to find solutions. We could use the cose living room of the chambre d'hôtes, where a fire was lit on a cold day. We slept very well on the comfortable beds, the rainshower was nice and the kitchen had everything you need.
The Vercors-region is perfect for walking in the mountains and enjoying nature with lots of beautiful flowers (many orchids). The Grotte de Choranche is one of the most beautiful caves of France.- Cleanliness
