In Drôme provençale between Montélimar and Marsanne, south of Mirmande and Cliousclat, Sauzet is a small village with a medieval past and easy access (11 km from exit n°17 Montélimar-nord, and 20 km from exit n°18 Montélimar-sud). A haven of peace, Le Sagnac is nestled in the countryside, offering peace and quiet. The location is ideal for hiking or visiting the many tourist attractions in the surrounding area: Provence is to the south, the Marsanne forest and the Drôme valley to the north, and the Valdaine plain to the east is a region well worth discovering. Montélimar is 15 minutes away by car, Crest 30 minutes and Grignan 35 minutes.

Accommodation in a traditional farmhouse, with its own entrance, not overlooked. The Holiday cottage is accessed by 7 steps. It has an entrance hall, a living room with kitchenette and dining area, a sitting room (sofa, armchairs, TV) and two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1x160) and the other with a double bed (1x140). Each room has its own private bathroom (shower cubicle with step, washbasin and toilet). At your disposal: a sheltered terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs and an electric barbecue. Parking in front of the Holiday cottage entrance. Carport 50m away. There's a lake on the property, not fenced in, so Kids need to be supervised. Another 10-person Holiday cottage on the property.
