LE PROVENÇAL

The gîte is located in the village of Suze La Rousse. From the swimming pool, you'll have a breathtaking view of the castle standing on a rocky promontory. Be sure to visit it during your stay. The château is home to the Université du Vin, founded in 1978. You can take part in a conference, a themed tasting or an oenology course in a historic setting. An Ampelographic Garden, created in 1989, invites you to observe and discover different grape varieties. You can also visit the château and chapel in the village of Rochegude and the Cistercian Abbey of Bouchet (10min). You'll also enjoy the proximity of Nyons (30min) with its specialty black olives, Montélimar (40min) and its nougats, and the magnificent city of Avignon (1h). Many beautiful walks await you in Drôme Provençale!

Provencal farmhouse, totally independent. First floor: kitchen opening onto living/dining room, Gllum is cool, shower room. First floor: 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (1x140), the other with a double bed and two single beds, one of which is a bunk bed (1x140, 2x90 bunk beds), wc. Shaded terrace with garden furniture, enclosed grounds. Private pool on property (open from April, weather permitting, unheated, 8x5m, depth 1m2 to 1m5).
