Le Platane is the small version of Holiday cottage "la Maison Michonières" n°G210003, a house fitted out with great comfort and modernity, where a feeling of Wellbeing reigns. The 50m² living room features an open-plan kitchen opening onto the terrace, living room and lounge. The electric wall-mounted fireplace is the perfect place to recharge your batteries. In the laundry room you'll find a washing machine. The hallway leads to 2 bedrooms, each with private shower room and access to the covered terrace (2x90x200cm) (140x200cm, 90x200cm), wc. For your exclusive use: parking in front of the house (30m to the entrance of the Holiday cottage), gravelled driveway leading to the garden, east-facing terrace (20m²), covered terrace (80m²) to the north, with table soccer and table tennis.
