6-person version of Holiday cottage "LE CLOS GRANOIS" G144015, a character property combining the authentic charm of a 1730 building with a light-filled contemporary extension. Set in a vast wooded plot, it offers every comfort for a stay with family or friends: private swimming pool (open from June to September, weather permitting, secured by a tarpaulin), large terrace with barbecue and deckchairs, plus exclusive parking. Inside, the house is divided into two sections. The first, contemporary, offers generous, well-appointed living spaces: a large, bright living room with wood-burning stove and library (MEZZANINE NOT ACCESSIBLE BECAUSE NOT SECURE - STAIRS CONDAMNED); a modern, fully-equipped kitchen; a first bedroom of 16 m² with large dressing room (160*200); and a shower room with toilet. To access the older part (18th century), you cross a second living room with piano, which has retained all the charm of the old. A bedroom is located on this level, as well as a laundry room with washing machine and cleaning equipment. Upstairs, you'll find 2 bedrooms (beds 140x190), a shower room with heated towel rail and a separate toilet. Ideal for up to 6 people.
