A family home for over 100 years, Claudine and Denis decided to renovate it and turn it into a gîte, a gamble that paid off and promises many happy memories. Le Pass'Temps is a detached house on 2 levels. First floor: living room with open-plan kitchen/dining area, sitting area with TV and access to covered terrace. Bedroom (2x90x190cm), bathroom with walk-in shower (120x120), WC with washbasin. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with dressing rooms (160x200cm with en-suite shower room/WC) (140x190) (2x90x190cm including 1 bunk bed), separate bathroom with WC. For your exclusive use: garden, sheltered terrace for relaxing or dining, parking space. To make the gîte pleasant and accessible to all, the ground-floor bedroom and bathroom have been adapted to provide easy access for people with reduced mobility (PRM).
