Owners live on site back to back, not overlooked... Separate entrance, on-site parking and enclosed grounds. Access to the accommodation via 3 steps and a small path to the private terrace (garden furniture, parasol, barbecue). Entrance via the living room with fully-equipped kitchen, air-conditioning, dining area and sitting area with sofa, TV and wood-burning stove. One bedroom with a double bed (1x160) and a second bedroom with two single beds (2x90 that can be twinned to form a 180cm bed), baby kit available on request. Both have velux windows and storage space. Shower room (Italian shower with curtain, washbasin, heated towel rail) and separate toilet (sanibroyeur). Secure bike/motorcycle shelter.

De gite is rustig gelegen, beschikt over goede bedden, een goed uitgeruste keuken en een overdekte fietsenstalling. In de buurt vind je een bakker en grootwarenhuis.

vi38 gite confortable et agréable
gite très agréable, récent, avec du matériel de cuisine de qualité et de bons couchages. Avec ventilateur et climatisation.
Très proche de st jean en Royans.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Georges et Sylvie sont accueillants et gentils. Les chèvres sont de bonne compagnie. Le gîte est au calme, dans un cadre magnifique, propre, bien conçu, bien décoré,bien équipé et bien placé pour le tourisme en famille (grottes, villages,jardins, cascades, randonnées).
