Le Nid de Coucou is a beautiful vacation home for 5 people, located in the heart of the Drôme Provençale in the charming town of Nyons. In the Parc naturel des Baronnies Provençales, in the south of the Drôme département and bordering the Vaucluse, come and relax and recharge your batteries in one of France's sunniest regions. After tasting the unique flavor of its fine olives, admiring the Pont Roman, strolling through the Jardin des Arômes and refreshing yourself at the aquatic leisure park, set off to discover perched villages, medieval fortresses, terraces, squares, arcades, Provencal markets and Mediterranean vegetation and landscapes. Situated on the wine route, you can also take advantage of the opportunity to visit the many vineyards and taste the famous crus. Vaison la Romaine, Grignan and the Défilé de Trente Pas are just 20 minutes away.
Just 1km from City, in a fully enclosed property, Le Nid de Coucou is located in a house that includes another apartment (rented by the year). Separate entrance: kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms (140x190) (3x90x190 including 1 bunk bed and 1 pull-out bed), shower room, separate toilet. Outside, just for you: a north-facing terrace with garden furniture and a gas plancha overlooking the wooded garden with a mini curé garden. You can enjoy tomatoes and herbs all summer long. There's also a semi-covered east-facing terrace accessible from the living room. In the basement (staircase with ramp): washing machine and tumble dryer. For the little ones: high chair, bed, potty, games. Holiday insurance required by owner. Useful extras: air coolers and fans, hi-fi system, DVD player, bakery (50m), electric vehicle charging station (100m), free "Nyonsbus" shuttle bus (200m).

Ingrid Bien situé et bien équipé
Le Nis de Coucou est très bien placé : facile d'aller à pied dans le centre, huilerie, coopérative, boulangerie, pizzeria à proximité.
L´intérieur est très confortable et bien équipé, et insonorisé par rapport à la route qu´on entend sinon beaucoup dehors.

Anne Gite très agreable
Séjour d'arrière saison très agréable dans un gîte très très bien équipé... comme a la maison!
L'accueil téléphonique et physique était très sympathique.
La proximité avec le bourg et les supermarchés nous a permis de faire beaucoup de choses a pied.
Je recommande tout à fait ce gîte a quiconque veut profiter de la Drôme provencale.- Cleanliness

Philippe et Isabelle Quelques jours à Nyons
La maison est très jolie et typée provençale. Rien ne manque au confort intérieur. Les installations sont neuves et fonctionnelles. Il est très agréable de trouver sur place tout ce qui est nécessaire au quotidien : produits ménagers, petite épicerie de base, épice, papier alu, etc... La maison est équipée d'un rafraîchisseur d'air (efficace mais bruyant)et de 2 ventilateurs agréables dans les chambres. Le jardin est adorable et de plus, équipée d'une douche en plein air et d'une option brumisateur. Le lieu est bien attachant, malheureusement je suis sensible au bruit et derrière le portail se trouve une route très passante et donc très bruyante (voitures, camions, autocars). Il est donc difficile de profiter du joli jardin... En revanche, si on ferme les fenêtres et la porte, la maison est bien insonorisée.
