The Holiday cottage is ideally located in the heart of the village of Mirabel aux Baronnies. Private parking is available, and a public parking lot is just 100 meters from the gîte. Located on the second floor of a building, you'll be greeted by a bright, spacious living room, decorated with care and featuring a library area. The room is also air-conditioned.
The fully-equipped kitchen-dining area is fully equipped. Modern bathroom with shower and double washbasin. Separate WC.
The Holiday cottage has two magnificent bedrooms. The first, with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) The second bedroom, with a 200 x 200 cm bed, opens onto the private terrace.
A "Cinema" area has been set up with a large comfortable sofa and video projector, creating an ideal atmosphere for movie nights.
