LE MOULIN DU BÉAL

In the heart of the Drôme Provençale, just 4 km from Nyons, discover the Moulin du Béal, a former 17th-century oil mill that has been completely renovated and transformed into a large gîte. Behind this stone bastide, said by some to be the oldest oil mill in the region, light tones and remarkable volumes create a warm atmosphere. Vanessa and Fabien gave the house a refreshing makeover, and a veritable metamorphosis took place. The result: 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms designed to accommodate groups, family events or seminars. Take advantage of the Provencal climate to take a dip in the swimming pool. At the gateway to the Baronnies Provençales nature park, you're less than 30 minutes from the region's most prestigious sites: Grignan, Vaison-la-Romaine, St Férreol Trente pas and Ste May gorges, Caire rock at Rémuzat, AOC Vinsobres, Provençal markets...

With over 180m² of living space on two levels, the Moulin du Béal can accommodate up to 15 people. 1st floor: main room with a generous, open-plan layout, where the living room, sitting area and kitchen coexist in harmony. 1 bedroom (4x90x200 including 2 bunk beds), 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet. Half-level: 1 bedroom (1x180x200 with shower room, toilet and access to terrace), 1 separate toilet. 2nd floor: 5 bedrooms (4x (180x200) and 1x (2x90x200)) each with private shower and wc, including 1 accessed by a 2/4 turn staircase. For your exclusive use: gated parking, terrace and heated swimming pool (8mx5m), games room with table soccer, table tennis and sauna (free, unlimited access). The gîte is adjoining our house, but has independent entrances. Bathroom linen is not provided.
