LE MOULIN DE BEAUNETTE

The Moulin de Beaunette is located in the heart of the Drôme valley, just outside the village of Grâne, but just a 5-minute walk from the Ramières nature reserve, an unspoilt part of the Drôme river. Situated on the route de la Clairette de Die (AOC sparkling wine), you're close to towns where it's good to stroll through the narrow streets (the medieval town of Crest and its Donjon, Saillans, Die), but also close to the perched villages of Cliousclat and Mirmande, offering beautiful views over the valley. Many mountain bike trails leave from Grâne (details from the tourist office). The area is also ideal for outdoor activities, with hiking trails and water sports (kayaking down the Drôme), rock-climbing at 7 km and accrobranche at 11 km.

Set in 5 hectares of parkland, come and enjoy the peace and quiet of this authentic watermill, charmingly restored to a high standard. The three tastefully decorated bedrooms are independent, spacious and located on the first floor, each with its own private bathroom. The VERCORS room, overlooking the park, has a double bed (1x160), desk and sofa, bathroom and toilet. The BAROQUE room overlooking the park has a double bed (1x160), bathroom and toilet. The MOROCCAN room with park views features a double bed or two single beds (2x90x200 or 1x180x200), bathroom, wc. All rooms have TV and air conditioning. Petanque court, table tennis, children's games and shared 11m x 5m swimming pool open from 01/05 to 01/10, with a 3m x 4m beach for added comfort. A fully equipped kitchen with oven, 4 hotplates, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher is at your disposal. Secure, enclosed parking.
