This old outbuilding has been completely renovated to create this charming gîte, where the owners welcome you in an authentic hamlet, in the heart of a small holm oak forest, close to the village (1 km). Discover the treasures of Drôme Provençale: visit Grignan and its famous château, stroll through the medieval streets of La Garde Adhémar or Valaurie, or discover the fortress of Suze-la-Rousse, renowned for its Wine University. For the whole family, don't miss the Crocodile Farm in Pierrelatte. On site, relax by the pool or in the garden, and sample local produce at the local markets.

Self-contained studio in the heart of the hamlet. Access to the living room via a small step: fitted kitchen, dining area, double bed (1x140), TV. Bathroom with toilet. Small private terrace adjoining the accommodation. Opposite the gîte, a shared 1700 m² enclosed garden with garden furniture, sun loungers, sheltered summer kitchen (masonry barbecue, hob, dishwasher, sink) and dining area, shared swimming pool (bean 8x3 m, depth 1m45, open from May to October, fenced), swings, board games. Shared laundry room/WC in garden. Shaded parking lot 70 m from the gîte, accessed via a path and stone steps (car can be unloaded in front of the gîte). Smoking not permitted in the gîte. The gîte is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
