First floor: living room with dining area, kitchen and lounge. Laundry/storeroom, wc. First floor: 2 bedrooms (140x190cm) (140x190cm), shower room/wc, landing leading to a mezzanine. Outside: parking, unfenced garden, electric grill, covered terrace with unobstructed view, closed storage area for sports equipment or bulky items. Bed linen, towels and cleaning included.
