Located in Cléon-d'Andran, the Holiday cottage is ideally situated for discovering the riches of the Drôme. Just a few minutes away, stroll through the narrow streets of Mirmande, classified as one of France's Most Beautiful Villages, explore the Provencal markets of Dieulefit or Crest, or visit the famous Château de Grignan and its gardens. Nature lovers will appreciate the many Hiking trails through the hills of the Drôme, cycling along small roads lined with lavender fields and orchards, or swimming in the river on hot summer days. The Saou Forest, the region's natural jewel, offers an exceptional playground for walkers and lovers of wide open spaces, while gourmets can discover local specialities such as Montélimar nougat, olive oil, Rhone Valley wines, truffles, picodon and local produce on offer at the markets and from local producers. After a day's excursion, or simply to savour the pleasure of doing nothing, the private heated swimming pool becomes an essential part of your vacation. A few laps in the morning, an afternoon in the sun on the deckchairs, a refreshing break between two games of pétanque... here, everyone lives their day at their own pace. The outdoor areas have been designed to take full advantage of the fine weather and share precious moments with family and friends. To prolong this feeling of Wellbeing, a relaxation area is available at extra cost, with a Spa and sauna.

As soon as you arrive, you’ll discover a stunning, fully renovated Provençal farmhouse, where the charm of the stone architecture blends seamlessly with modern, comfortable amenities.

Although attached to the owners’ home, the holiday cottage has its own private entrance, private parking spaces (one of which is covered), and a landscaped garden completely secluded from view, so you can fully enjoy your vacation.

Outside, there’s something for everyone. From games of pétanque under the Provençal sun to family Mölkky tournaments, relaxing on lounge chairs, or sharing meals on the terrace, the days flow naturally at a leisurely vacation pace. The private heated Piscine (25°C from May to September), treated with salt and secured by a fence, will quickly become the go-to spot for young and old alike.

Inside, the spacious living area features a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a living room with a TV, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi access. The large windows create a beautiful flow between the indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing you to fully enjoy the Provençal way of life.
On the ground floor, a first bedroom accessible to people with reduced mobility features two 80x200 cm beds that can be combined into a 160x200 cm bed, storage, and a TV. A separate bathroom, also adapted for guests with limited mobility, is equipped with a walk-in hydromassage shower, a double-sink vanity, and a toilet.
Upstairs, a pleasant air-conditioned mezzanine offers an additional 90 x 190 cm bed. You will also find a second bathroom with a hydromassage shower and a toilet. A second bedroom, equipped with a Bed 160 x 200 and storage, also features air conditioning.
Additional services: access to the Wellbeing area (Spa + Sauna: €20 per day for unlimited access), a fully equipped sports hall (€10 per day for unlimited access), and the owner, who is a certified massage therapist, offers massage services for €60 per hour.
