Renovated by Sandrine and Olivier, the house is a well-appointed, modern and spacious air-conditioned Provencal vacation home, featuring quality materials, an enclosed courtyard, a garden, swings for Kids, a ping-pong table and a small pool for cooling your feet. Built on 3 levels, it can accommodate up to 6 people as follows: first floor: bedroom with private shower room/wc (160x200, walk-in shower, bay window, roller shutter). 1st floor: air-conditioned living room including bright kitchenette, living room and sitting area; separate wc 2nd floor: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms including 1 attic (2x90x200) (160x200), shower room/wc. Parking for 3 cars outside the property. For your comfort, everything is included and beds will be made for your arrival. Charging station located less than 1 km from the Holiday cottage (center of Nyons).
