Experience authentic Vercors in a traditional house in the heart of the Regional Nature Park, close to the Alpine skiing and Nordic resorts (Herbouilly 11min away, Font d'Urle, Col du Rousset and Villard de Lans-Corrençon 30min away).

The house, located in the heart of a typical Vercors village, combines practicality (bakery, grocery store, bar/tabac, restaurant...) with the bucolic character of the place, strongly connoted by its location on meadow-like grounds extended by a Forest.

Enjoy the pleasures of the mountains in summer and winter alike. This pre-alpine Vercors massif is ideal for nature lovers, sports enthusiasts and hikers. Numerous sites in the vicinity: les Grands Goulets (tunnel), le Pas de l'Allier, le Pas de l'Âne, la Vierge du Vercors, Rochers de l'Allier, Via corda. Vassieux en Vercors, the birthplace of the Resistance, is 25 minutes away, with its museum and memorial. 1h30 from Lyon and 1h15 from Valence and Grenoble.

Raised first floor (a few steps): kitchen opening onto living room with dining area and sitting area (sofas, armchairs, TV), wc.
First floor: 3 bedrooms, two with double beds (1x160)(1x160) and one with two single beds (2x90), bathroom, shower room/wc.

In the basement, a garage, connected to the house by a staircase, provides parking for one vehicle.
Adjoining the house is an enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue. The second Holiday cottage is at the rear of the house. A shared gate allows other guests to pass in front of the Holiday cottage's garden.

Cleaning deposit: €75. Bed linen and towels must be brought with you, they are not provided.
Fast charging station for electric vehicles in the parking lot at the entrance to the village (200m from the Holiday cottage). Gas station (installed by the commune, open 24/24, payment by credit card).
