It will welcome you and bring you, your family or friends, peace and relaxation. Leaning against the Barret hillside, on the edge of the Bois Vert, this gîte offers a breathtaking view of the Vercors foothills. Within a 10-20 km radius: Marques Avenue and the Romans shoe museum, the Saint-Nazaire-en-Royans paddleboat and aqueduct, the Bois des Naix and the banks of the Isère, the circular village of Alixan and the Vercors foothills... The gîte is located on the Valence plain, 9 km from the A49 freeway exits (exits 7 and 8), and just 15 min from Romans-sur-Isère. Valence-TGV train station 15 min away.

Ground-floor gîte: kitchen and dining area, living room (sofa, TV), 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed (1x140) and the other with two single beds (2x90), bathroom (shower and bath), separate toilet. Private terrace in the courtyard with garden furniture and gas barbecue. To share with the owners: heated swimming pool (4x8m, depth 1m5), open from June 1 to September 30, 10am to 10pm. Parking on the property.
