Fancy discovering the region? At the crossroads of the Drôme Provençale and the Ardèche, Châteauneuf-du-Rhône is the ideal starting point for a stay full of discoveries. The Holiday cottage is ideally located for exploring the Drôme and the Ardèche! It's also just 500m from the Viarhona, perfect for a lovely bike ride along the Rhône! In the village, let yourself be charmed by the hidden treasures and stroll through the narrow streets that trace the history of the medieval town of Châteauneuf-du-Rhône. On the other side of the Rhône, in Viviers, explore the canons' quarter, unique in France, which takes you back to the era of the bishops and the golden age of the Vivarais.

Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' house, but with its own entrance and private terrace not overlooked. Outside, you'll enjoy the use of an electric griddle, and a private Piscine and Spa (pool secured by an alarm - open from June to September, weather permitting). The Piscine and Spa area is open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Inside, you'll find a large living room with open-plan kitchen, TV, WIFI and air-conditioning. Upstairs, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a 140*190 bed, the second with a 160*200 bed. A large communal garden with a pétanque court shaded by a magnificent weeping willow and a pond (not secured).
