LE GÎTE DU FOURNIL DE LA SYE

In the southern Vercors, at the foot of the Regional Nature Park, in a small Drôme village, the gîte offers peace and quiet. Set in the heart of a peaceful hamlet, it's a little corner of paradise for hiking and relaxing. The Gervanne valley abounds in marvellous viewpoints. Sports enthusiasts will love kayaking on the waters of the Drôme. The hilltop villages that carve out the landscape are ideal for strolling: Beaufort-sur-Gervanne, Cobonne, Gigors-et-Lozeron and Monclar-sur-Gervanne. Don't forget to take the Clairette de Die route, the pride of the region, and stroll through the markets of Crest, Saillans and Die, where you can discover the aromas, flavors and scents of the Drôme region.

Adjoining the owners' dwelling, separate entrance. First floor: living room with kitchenette, dining area, sofa, bathroom/wc (shower cubicle, washbasin), mezzanine with double bed ((1x140), ladder, low ceiling, more suitable for a child or an agile person). Upstairs: bedroom with double bed (1x140). Garden furniture in front of the gîte with pergola, barbecue. Parking on the property. There's a bakery on site, which Jean-Marc makes available to local bakers. He will be delighted to show you around. You can use the bread oven when it's not in use by the bakers (on request). The house is bioclimatic and was built using ecological materials. For furniture and appliances, the owner hunts down and favors French or European manufacture. There are no TVs, microwaves or freezers. Access to a shared washing machine is available on request.
