Independent, spacious, and cozy, the Perce Neige holiday cottage is available in two configurations, depending on your needs: a 7- to 10-person option OR a 15-person option, so you can enjoy accommodations that are perfectly suited to the size of your group.

Treat yourself to a peaceful getaway with family or friends in an exceptional setting. Just 15 minutes from the year-round resort at Col de Rousset (Alpine skiing, sledding, snow park, Hiking), this holiday cottage is situated in a prime location in the heart of the Vercors Regional Nature Park. Nestled between meadows and forests, it offers a remarkable panoramic view stretching from the Diois region to the Vercors High Plateaus. In the village, 2 km away: bakery and pastry shop, grocery store, Restaurant, and kids’ playground. Nearby attractions: the Luire Cave (5 min), La Chapelle-en-Vercors (10 min).

On the ground floor, you’ll find an entryway, a large living area that opens onto a bar area, a fully equipped kitchen—perfect for sharing delicious meals—as well as a gaming room with foosball, a pool table, a library, and a lounge perfect for relaxing. A separate restroom completes this level. On the first floor: the house has 4 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and restroom. Outside: a 100-square-meter wooden deck, a large pétanque court, a ping-pong table, kids’ play equipment, on-site parking, and an unfenced garden.
