Immerse yourself in an enchanted interlude on the banks of the Isère at Lise's Holiday cottage, where the culinary excellence of Jean-Paul (a former double Michelin-starred chef) meets Isabelle's rare generosity of welcome, for a suspended experience between absolute tranquility, direct access to the "Belle Via" and relaxation by the Piscine.

Privileged location in a peaceful, green setting on the banks of the Isère river. The Belle Via (greenway) for pedestrians and cyclists passes just below the property. You can walk along the river to Romans (1.6km). Isabelle and Jean-Paul will give you a warm welcome and look after your every need. They also have a bed and breakfast. Jean-Paul, a former double Michelin-starred chef, will offer you an exceptional table d'hôte (3 or 5 courses, from €45 to €65/person). 1h from Grenoble, between the Rhône valley, the Vercors foothills and the Drôme des Collines, you'll be close to all the major tourist attractions: the Saint Barnard collegiate church, the Tour Jacquemart, the International Resistance Museum and the Cité de la Chaussure. You can stroll through the pedestrian streets of the historic center, which are packed with shops and restaurants. An emblematic Market takes place on Sunday mornings, not to be missed! 30 minutes away, you'll find Valence, Hauterives and its "palais Idéal du facteur Cheval", Saint-Antoine and its abbey, Tain l'Hermitage, its Cité du Chocolat and its hillside vineyards.

Holiday cottage located in the wing of the owners' house. Independent entrance from the courtyard. Entrance hall (2 steps or ramp), fitted kitchen opening onto living room with dining area, sitting area (sofa, armchairs), TV and convertible corner sofa (1x160), mobile air-conditioning. One bedroom with double bed (1x160) and en-suite shower room with Italian shower and washbasin. Separate WC.

Private terrace in the courtyard, garden furniture, electric barbecue available. The gîte is set in 2000m² of wooded grounds with free access. The Piscine is open from May to September, weather permitting (12x6m, depth 1m4 to 2m, fenced). Parking in the courtyard.

Breakfast is provided on arrival.

Shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The Holiday cottage is accessible to people with reduced mobility (wide doors, shower seat, grab bar in toilets, adapted sink height). The gîte is 10 minutes from Valence TGV station.
