First floor: mezzanine with library area and small office (ideal for telecommuting), bedroom with two single beds (1x120)+(1x90). Heating by air/water heat pump. Air-conditioning in the mezzanine to cool the living area. Covered terrace with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue. Parking in front of the gîte and a sheltered parking space.
