The Holiday cottage is set in the hills above the village of St Martin en Vercors, with a panoramic view of the massif. It's the ideal place for outdoor vacations and nature activities: walking, snowshoeing, cycling or skiing.

The Herbouilly Nordic area is 15 minutes away, and Villard de Lans 30 minutes. 4-season tobogganing and Alpine skiing at Col du Rousset. A via corda is also open to beginners. Vassieux en Vercors is 25 minutes away, where you can visit the Vercors Resistance Memorial and Museum.

First floor: kitchen opening onto the living room, dining area and sitting area with wood-burning stove, bathroom (shower cubicle), wc. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed (1x140), the other with two single beds (2x90) and the last with two single beds including one bunk bed (2x90 bunk beds), bathroom, wc.

Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
In summer, you'll appreciate the natural coolness of the building, and in winter the cosy warmth of the wood-burning stove. Wood is provided for your fireplaces.
Parking 10m from the Holiday cottage entrance, gently sloping access road.
