LE DOMAINE DE MONTMEILLAN

In a 19th-century building, a gîte surrounded by vines on a 30-hectare estate run by their son. Jocelyne and Raymond welcome you on the first floor of their house (separate entrance). The gîte is located between the Drôme and Ardèche regions, on the banks of the Rhône. The Montmeillan lake and leisure center, as well as the Montélimar equestrian center, are in the immediate vicinity. The Via-Rhôna is 1km away, and the Caverne du pont d'Arc is 43km. Montélimar, capital of nougat, is an ideal base for exploring the whole of Drôme Provençale. To the north are the three hilltop villages of Mirmande, Marsanne and Cliousclat. To the east are Dieulefit and Le Poët-Laval, home to potters and ceramists. To the south, La Garde Adhémar and Grignan.

Equipped kitchen and dining area, living room (sleeping area with BZ sofa), 1 bedroom (1x140) and (1x90) separated by half a partition, shower room, wc, laundry room, enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue. Possibility of accommodating 1 extra person in the BZ: €50/adult person/week.
