Ideally situated on the heights of the village and in the heart of Croze-Hermitage vineyards and apricot orchards, with 3 other gîtes in a fully renovated character farmhouse not far from the owner's house. Enjoy views over the Ardèche, the Vercors, the Rhône riverbed and the historic vineyards of the northern Rhône appellations: Crozes-Hermitage, Hermitage and St Joseph. On the 3000 m2 grounds of this former farmhouse. You'll be able to enjoy unspoilt nature and peace and quiet, while being close to major roads and towns: 3.5 km from the A7 freeway exit n°13, 20 km from Valence and 17 km from Romans-sur-Isère, 20 min from the Alixan TGV station and 5km/8min from the Tain l'Hermitage TER station.

First floor: kitchen with reversible air-conditioning, living room, shower room/wc. Upstairs with air-conditioning: 3 bedrooms (1x140x190) (2x90 or 1x180x200) (2x90x200 can be twinned to form 1x180x200), WC. Shared with the 3 other Holiday cottages: garden, barbecue, Kids' play area, pétanque court, table tennis, table soccer, etc. Access via stone path.
