LE COSMOS

Situated in the heart of the Vercors, in the middle of the woods, La Morandière is a large stone house with 4 accommodations. It's the ideal place to stay with family or friends.

Close to signposted Hiking trails, facing the Vercors Virgin, come and admire "Roche rousse" from where paragliders take off. A via corda is also open to the initiated. A 10-minute drive away, the Herbouilly ski resort welcomes you in winter for a day of Cross-country skiing or snowshoeing.

You'll also be able to discover and savor the AOC Vercors blue cheese and the various specialties of the region that the shops of St Martin en Vercors, 3.5kms away, have to offer.

The Holiday cottage is on the raised first floor (a few steps) in a building with 3 other dwellings.
Entrance hall, living room with open-plan fitted kitchen/living room (dining area, TV lounge area), wood-burning stove, storeroom (tumble dryer). 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed (1x160), the other with a double bed and a single bed (1x140, 1x90) and the last with four single beds including two bunk beds (4x90), a shower room (shower cubicle), a bathroom (bathtub), 2 separate toilets with washbasins.

Accessible from the living room: a 14m² private balcony/terrace with garden furniture. A 500m² garden shared by all 4 Holiday cottages, with picnic tables. Storage cellar for bikes and skis. Smoking is not permitted in the Holiday cottage.
Parking on the property. Geothermal heating.

The building is located on a goat farm run by the owner's brother and niece.
