Just 15 minutes from Chabeuil and Crest, close to the foothills of the Vercors and the Regional Nature Park, La Baume-Cornillane is a quiet village of 450 inhabitants, said to be home to Pangée, "the center of the original world".
Directly from the Holiday cottage, you can follow the discovery trail around the ruins of the old medieval village and keep, offering a remarkable view.
The grotte de la Dame and the waterfall are also well worth a visit.
Other magical sites nearby include the Ramières railway station, 20 minutes away, and the Upie bird garden, 10 km away, a veritable ornithological park offering a breathtaking view of the world's birds.
The Ardèche is only 20km away.

Situated away from the village and in the heart of nature, it's the ideal base for visiting the Vercors, the Drôme valley or the Valence plain, or simply for relaxing in the quiet shade.
First floor: kitchen opening onto living room, sitting room with wood-burning stove, storeroom/laundry room, wc and vaulted entrance hall for your Hiking and cycling gear.
