Our house is located in Bellegarde-en-Diois, at the crossroads of a wide variety of regions with a thousand places to discover. You'll be able to go hiking or biking. For climbing enthusiasts, the Pas de l'échelle via ferrata is 30 minutes away. Don't miss: the Pas des Ondes Lake (Swimming, Fishing, botanical trail), the Caire rock at Rémuzat (vultures), the spectacular Claps scree at Luc-en-Diois, the Clairette de Die wine tourism route, remarkable roads, picturesque old towns and villages, local markets, cliffs, lavender fields, canoeing.... from A la Motte Chalancon (15 min): Provencal market on Mondays, municipal swimming pool, tennis courts, volleyball court, boulodrome, city stadium and skate park.

Sandrine's house is a pleasant, independent vacation home, practical and with all the comforts of a real home. The front door opens onto the living room with a full-length kitchenette, lounge/living room with bay window opening onto the terrace, shower room/wc, 2 bedrooms accessed by 3 steps (1x140x190) (2x90x190) each with bay window and terrace. Outside, just for you: garden, terrace, parking, unfenced grounds. A quiet, relaxing place ideal for sharing a wonderful vacation. You won't find a TV here, but a screen and DVD player are available.
