Located on the famous Wine Route, it offers a deep immersion in the heart of the Vineyard. Your host is also the owner of a winery and invites you to tour the estate. This is an opportunity to learn more about the winemaker’s craft and share a special moment tasting the estate’s wines.Tastings can also be arranged directly at the holiday cottage or in the wine cellar (for an additional fee and by reservation with the owner).

Just a few minutes away, Tournon-sur-Rhône and Tain-l’Hermitage have plenty of wonderful discoveries in store for you. Hop aboard the legendary Train de l’Ardèche, which winds through the spectacular Doux Gorges via viaducts and tunnels, or enjoy sunny days at Douce Plage, a pleasant Base de loisirs featuring swimming, water sports, and relaxation areas.

Food lovers won’t want to miss the Cité du Chocolat Valrhona, a must-see interactive tour where you can explore the world of the famous chocolatier through tastings, workshops, and sensory experiences.

This property consists of two separate houses located on the same lot: a main villa and an adjoining studio, accommodating up to 10 people. This layout allows everyone to enjoy their own space while sharing common amenities, including the pool and outdoor areas.

The villa accommodates up to 8 people and features spacious rooms. On the ground floor, it includes a large living room of over 56 m² with a sofa, television, Wi-Fi, a piano, and a large dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a suite with a 180 × 200 cm bed and its own private bathroom, as well as a full bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet. Upstairs, three bedrooms complete the sleeping area: two bedrooms with a 180 × 200 cm bed and one bedroom equipped with two 90 × 190 cm single beds that can be arranged as needed.

The studio completes the accommodations with a separate bedroom featuring a double bed (140 × 190 cm), a bathroom with a toilet, and a pleasant, air-conditioned living area with a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room.

Outside, guests can enjoy a large shaded terrace, a private Piscine, and a private, secure parking area. This layout is ideal for large families or groups of friends who want to share their vacation while still having their own private space.
