LE CHEVREUIL

Nestled between forests, cliffs and valleys, Les Dragoux Holiday cottages are a natural haven between Léoncel, Saint-Jean-en-Royans and Vassieux-en-Vercors, just 1 hour from Valence or Grenoble. This former 14th-century hayloft has been lovingly restored by Éric to create a warm and welcoming environment, with 4 adjoining studios for up to 14 guests. Surrounded by nature, it's an ideal spot to watch the stag bellow in autumn. Summer and winter alike, the region abounds in activities: Hiking, canyoning, Ski at Font d'Urle, local gastronomy, spectacular roads and historic sites. Just 20 minutes away, Saint-Jean-en-Royans offers all the shops you need for a practical and enjoyable stay.

The Chevreuil gîte adjoins the Cerf and Chamois gîtes and has a connecting door that can be opened on request with the Chamois n°G59012. It is laid out on the 1st floor as a duplex: 1st level: living room, shower room, separate toilet. 2nd level: attic mezzanine (2x90x200). For your exclusive use: 8m² south-facing balcony with unobstructed view. To be shared with the 3 gîtes: parking, brazier, relaxation room (games, reading, tourist information, fireplace) and wellness room equipped with a 2-person spa and sauna/hammam. You can choose between a traditional sauna with dry heat or a gentle steam. We live 2 minutes away by car (950m), and will be happy to share our knowledge of the area with you. Access is via a 500m unpaved road. For the well-being of your animals and of everyone else, we rely on everyone's responsibility. Please note that the area is not fenced! The wellness area is forbidden to under-18s.
