In the Vercors massif and in the tranquility of the great outdoors, you'll be in the heart of the Vassieux-en-Vercors plateau (altitude 1100 m), 3km south of the village and 20min from La Chapelle-en-Vercors. In the village: bakery-pastry shop, bar-tobac-press, grocery store, snack bar, bookshop, electric vehicle recharging point, 2 history museums: the Resistance memorial (necropolis and museum of the Resistance) and the Vercors prehistory museum), the world of santons, GR 93 and GR de Pays tout du Vercors Drômois, fête des laboureurs à la Pentecôte, educational farm. Ski resorts: Font d'Urle (10km), Col de Rousset (20km), Herbouilly (30km). La Chapelle-en-Vercors municipal swimming pool (20min). Ideally placed for hiking enthusiasts in a rich and varied world of spectacular scenery.

First floor: entrance hall with ski lock, outdoor equipment and bulky items, living room in 2 parts separated by 1 step: living room (TV, library corner, board games, DVD player and DVD library, hi-fi system), kitchen with wood-burning stove (wood supplied), bedroom with en-suite shower room/wc (1x140x190, 2x90x190), shower room/wc. Upstairs: sleeping loft (1x140x190, 2x90x190, velux). Outside: parking, one-piece table with benches, parasol, BBQ. The gîte is adjoining the owner's house, but has its own entrance and is not overlooked. From December to March, a €60 heating surcharge is payable on site. For the little ones and on request: cot, chair adapter, bathtub, potty.
