This former 14th-century farm building, passionately transformed by Éric, now houses four cosy studios, perfect for a nature break for small groups (up to 14 people). In autumn, it's the perfect place to listen to the stag bellow. Take advantage of this exceptional setting to explore the Vercors: Hiking, canyoning, ski resorts (Font d'Urle 20 km away), scenic routes and local produce. The Wellbeing area is a real plus for relaxing after your escapades. Shops and services 20 min away in Saint-Jean-en-Royans.

The Chamois gîte adjoins the Chevreuil and Biche gîtes and has a connecting door that can be opened on request with the Chevreuil n°G59011. It is laid out on the 1st floor as a duplex: 1st level: living room, shower room, separate toilet. 2nd level: attic mezzanine (2x90x200). For your exclusive use: 9m² south-facing balcony with unobstructed view. To be shared with the 3 gîtes: parking, brazier, relaxation room (games, reading, fireplace) and wellness room equipped with a 2-person spa and sauna/hammam. You can choose between a traditional sauna with dry heat or a gentle steam. Our home is just a 2-minute drive away (950m), and we look forward to welcoming you. Access to the gîtes is 500m on an unpaved road. For the well-being of your pets and everyone else, we ask you to be responsible. Please note that the site is not fenced! The wellness area is forbidden to under-18s.
