If you're dreaming of silence and greenery, Christian and Cécile have just what you're looking for. This 25m², two-storey gîte is isolated on a 6ha wooded estate 150m from the owners' home. An authentic invitation to reverie and meditation, in total communion with the surrounding nature. During your stay, Cécile and Christian, former livestock farmers, will welcome you to their gîte. Appointed to the Dieulefit town council in June 2020, Christian will share his enthusiasm for the region's innovative projects, while Cécile will be delighted to discuss her latest readings. In Dieulefit, the land of potters and arts and crafts, come and meet the many craftspeople and their skills. There are many walks and hikes in the heart of the mountains. Nearby, don't miss out on a visit to the Château de Grignan and the many small villages typical of the Drôme Provençale region, such as Bourdeaux, Le Poët Laval, La Bégude de Mazenc... and many others.
Cabanon in the heart of nature. First floor: kitchen/dining area (wood-burning stove), bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet). First floor (access via Japanese steps or from outside via earthen/wooden steps): bedroom with double bed or two single beds (1x160 or 2x80). Private terrace. Washing machine in laundry room shared with owners and 2 other dwellings. Access to the property via an unpaved road (300m). Parking in front of the gîte. No TV or WIFI.

Cécile et Christian, passionnés par leur travail d'agriculteurs, aiment aussi la musique et la lecture. Ils chantent tous les deux dans la chorale de Dieulefit. Pendant leurs temps libres, Cécile s'essaye à la couture, et ils pratiquent ensemble la voile et la montagne.

Un écrin de verdure
4/5Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. Le cabanon correspond bien à la description, est idéalement situé et au calme. Le confort est conforme aux 2 épis ni plus ni moins. L'endroit est idéal par beau temps mais manque un peu de confort et de lumière au rez par temps de pluie.

4/5En pleine nature. Grand calme. Très agréable.
A l'intérieur grande chambre spacieuse, lit confortable. Le reste ,très spartiate. Manque d'appareils électriques, micro-onde , etc ..Salle de bain très sommaire.Escalier menant à la chambre raide et dangereux.

5/5Excellent séjour au Cabanon. C'était exactement ce qu'il nous fallait, dans un vallon, au calme, au milieu de la forêt, depaysement assuré. Visite d'un chevreuil en soirée. Gîte petit mais bien équipé, échelle pour accéder à la chambre assez grande avec une excellente literie. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir nous ressourcer et faire de belles randos. Merci Cécile.
