Le Béruchet is a charming vacation home where we’ll be happy to welcome you. It’s a semi-detached house, but you’ll have a separate entrance, and since our outdoor areas face away from each other, you’ll have complete privacy. The entrance opens onto a hallway leading to two cozy bedrooms with mosquito nets and shutters (140x190) (140x190), the bathroom, the separate toilet, and the cozy, long living room with access to the terrace. A Japanese-style staircase leads to the attic mezzanine (with a skylight and electric roller shade). Outside, all for your exclusive use: a northwest-facing terrace, an electric griddle, a shaded garden of nearly 800m², parking, pétanque, molkky, croquet, badminton, and ball games... Given its convenient, nearly single-level accessibility (just one step), this is an ideal option for families with young kids, seniors, or anyone looking for easy mobility. The added bonus?
