Easy access 15 minutes from the A49 motorway and Valence-TGV train station.

Le Béruchet is a pleasant vacation home in which we look forward to welcoming you. Semi-detached from our house, it has its own entrance and our outdoor spaces face away from it, so you won't have to worry about overlooking the house. The entrance opens onto the hallway which leads to the 2 bedrooms (140x190) with mosquito nets and shutters, the shower room, the separate toilet and the long, convivial living room with access to the terrace. A Japanese staircase leads up to the attic mezzanine (velux window with electric roller shutter). Outside, you'll find a terrace facing north-west, an electric plancha, a shady garden of almost 800m², parking, pétanque, molkky, croquet, badminton, ball... With its pleasant, almost level access (only 1 step), it's ideal for families with young Kids, senior citizens or anyone who wants to get around easily. Bonus tip?
