Just south of Valence, between the plains, the Rhône valley and the foothills of the Vercors, lies the Beau Vallon gîte. With its elegant decor, all-inclusive package and wellness area with sauna and hammam, as well as cinema room, it's a delight to live in. Treat yourself to a moment of pure relaxation for a weekend or longer. You can relax on the wooden terrace with its garden furniture and deckchairs. A second terrace with a table and 6 chairs and a barbecue/plancha adjoins the gîte. Not to mention its location just 10 minutes from Valence, Upie Zoo and the Ramières nature reserve, and 15 minutes from Crest and Chabeuil. The Beau Vallon gîte is easily accessible and close to major roads (the N7 and exit 15 of the A7 are only 10 minutes away). Its central location makes it an excellent destination for a relaxing break from the daily grind.
Le Beau Vallon Holiday cottage is a single-storey, ground-floor accommodation. It features a kitchen with central island opening onto the living room, two bedrooms, one with a 160 x 200cm bed and the second with 2 90 x 200cm beds, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Holiday cottage le Beau Vallon is adjoining the owners' home, with no facing building, its own entrance and 2 private terraces. Access to the Cinema room and Wellbeing area (Hammam and Sauna) is direct from the gite on the same level, by reservation only. As this area is shared by the owners, access is limited to 2 times for a 2-night stay, and four times for a one-week stay. Dogs are welcome, except 1st and 2nd category dogs. The Holiday cottage is entirely non-smoking.

Cat Excellent
Gîte de très grande qualité : spacieux, matériaux nobles, literie très confortable (et nous sommes très difficiles sur ce sujet !), douche très grande, cuisine hyper équipée et très grande
Les propriétaires sont arrangeants et très agréables, prêts à rendre service à tout moment.
L'environnement est superbe et très calme (aucun bruit de circulation) et la localisation du gîte permet d'être à Valence en 15 mn.

Anne Superbe gîte
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte. Les propriétaires sont très à l’écoute, disponibles et vraiment serviables. Le gîte est très bien équipé et rien ne manque pour se sentir comme chez soi. Mention spéciale pour les prestations incluses : sauna, hammam et salle de cinéma, qui apportent un vrai plus.Sans oublier le magnifique chien de la maison qui vient gentiment nous dire bonjour et ajoute une touche très sympathique à l’accueil. Nous recommandons ce lieu sans hésitation !

isazolimine sejour de Noel au eau vallon
tres bon accueil et gite tres conforme a la descritption et aux photos
très bel espace et bien equipé
le seul petit bemol est que je n'avais pas compris que la piece cinéma et le hammam et sauna etaient des parties communes donc même si les propriétaires sont très sympathiques cela est plus difficiles à utiliser

Bonjour Madame, nous vous remercions pour votre réservation et avons apprécié votre visite. Nous regrettons juste que vous ayez baissé la note globale à 4, alors que toutes les notes détaillées sont à 5. Le bémol que vous indiquez nous le regrettons mais sachez que cette précision est clairement indiquée dans le descriptif. De notre côté nous pensions avoir été très facilitant, notamment en ne vous faisant aucune remarque pour le chat qui vous accompagnait alors que nous avions été informé de la présence d'un seul animal, un chien. Bien cordialement.
