LE BALCON DU VERCORS

On the Vercors plateau, between the Gorges de la Bourne, the Grands Goulets and the Plateau d'Herbouilly, the Balcon du Vercors gîte is ideally placed for enjoying the pleasures of the mountains. The superb views over the Vernaison valley and the peace and quiet promise a wonderful vacation. For peace of mind, the flower-filled garden is enclosed. Around the gîte, you can go hiking in the Vercors, discovering the Moulin Marquis waterfall, the high plateaus (Grand Veymont, plaine de la Queyrie, Grande Cabane...) ride your mountain bike on the many marked trails (GTV...) or even try your hand at paragliding! In winter, you can enjoy cross-country skiing or snowshoe trekking from the gîte, not forgetting downhill skiing (Villard de Lans, Autrans...). After the effort, you can enjoy the terrace in summer or the fireplace in winter!

The Holiday cottage le Balcon du Vercors is on the first floor of the owners' holiday home. It is all on one level. Entrance via the living room. Kitchen opening onto living room with fireplace (insert), sofa, TV, 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed (1x140), the other with two single beds (2x90), shower room (shower cubicle and double washbasin), separate toilet. South-east terrace with wooden garden furniture, charcoal barbecue. Heating is extra. Loan of sledges and 2 adult mountain bikes. Garage for bikes, skis and Kids' toys. 2 parking spaces in front of the house.
