Villa Lavandéa is an elegant 250 m² architect-designed villa located in Mollans-sur-Ouvèze, in the heart of the Drôme Provençale region. It offers exceptional panoramic views of Mont Ventoux, and can accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 double suites, each with its own private bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all occupants.

The first floor comprises a large, bright living room with lounge and fully-equipped kitchen, plus two bedrooms: - A suite accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM), with ground-level access and adapted spaces - A double bedroom with 160x200 cm bed and private shower room Upstairs, you'll find three additional suites:
- Three double bedrooms with 160x200 cm beds - Three en-suite shower rooms A sixth independent bedroom completes the ensemble, located on level -1, near the pool house - 160x200 cm bed - en-suite shower room The villa is fully air-conditioned for optimum comfort in all seasons.
