Villa Lavandéa is an elegant, architect-designed villa spanning over 250 m², located in Mollans-sur-Ouvèze, in the heart of Drôme Provençale. It offers an exceptional panoramic view of Mont Ventoux.
The property can accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 double suites, each with its own private bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all occupants.

The ground floor features a spacious, bright living area with a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as two bedrooms:
- A suite accessible to guests with limited mobility (LMP), with level entry and adapted spaces
- A double bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and a private bathroom

Upstairs, you’ll find three additional suites:
- Three double bedrooms equipped with 160x200 cm beds

The villa is fully air-conditioned for optimal comfort year-round.
