This old Dauphinoise farmhouse in the heart of the Drôme des Collines region is located on the banks of the Rhône opposite the Parc du Pilat, on the borders of the Ardèche and Isère departments. You'll have the choice of taking full advantage of nature and visiting the countless tourist sites nearby. You can also opt for peace and relaxation in our fully enclosed Holiday cottage, surrounded by the surrounding hills. Hiking and sports enthusiasts will not be forgotten, and will be able to discover the many trails and sites in the surrounding area. Upstairs (spiral staircase): 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (1x140), the other with two single beds (2x90). Heated swimming pool: 14x6m (solar heating), open from June to Sept, max depth 2m, to be shared with a second gîte and the owners. Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue. Parking spaces in courtyard. Private fish pond 1 km away.
