Semi-detached house in a stone hamlet, adjoining a second gîte 2/4pers. Independent entrance, private enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue.
Outside stairs, first floor: balcony/terrace with Countryside views, cosy living room with fireplace (insert), dining room and kitchen, shower room (shower, washbasin, wc). A vaulted bedroom with private bathroom (bath, washbasin, wc, bidet), window on bathroom side only.
Upstairs (dining room side): mezzanine TV lounge, two bedrooms with adjustable beds (2x90 or 1x180).
