LA TERRASSE DU JABRON

Montfroc is a small village in the Parc des Baronnies Provençales, on the edge of the Drôme and at the crossroads of 3 départements: Hautes-Alpes, Alpes de Haute Provence and Vaucluse. You'll be between Sisteron and Buis-les-Baronnies. You'll appreciate the peacefulness of the setting, a perfect place to relax. The village is nestled among wooded mountains, including Mont Tréboux (1525m) and Pied du Mulet (1537m). This makes it the ideal starting point for beautiful hikes. Whether you're an outdoor enthusiast or just looking for a bit of peace and quiet, this area offers a wealth of opportunities to get away from it all. Take a refreshing dip in the Jabron, a small river that runs below the village. Sederon and its shops are 15 minutes away. Nearby: the spa village of Montbrun-les-bains, Mévouillon, a fabulous playground for hang-gliding (5 take-off sites). And don't forget the superb basins for bathing in the Méouge gorges.

Kitchen, living room with dining area and sitting area, TV, wood-burning stove and reversible air-conditioning. Two bedrooms: the first with a double bed and a single bed (1x160 + 1x90) and the second with a double bed (1x160) accessible by 4 steps, shower room/wc (shower cubicle, small washbasin). Enclosed courtyard with parking for 3 cars, one of which is sheltered. Unenclosed garden. Two entrances: from the courtyard, access to the first floor via the terrace, or from the village, access to the first floor via the living room. Secure bike shed available.
