Myriam fell head over heels for this 13m² mobile home. Together with Patrice, they took on the challenge of restoring it and breathing new life into it, and today they’re proud to present it to you. Perched on the hillside of the property in the shade of the trees, facing the Vercors, the “Roulotte du Verger” transports you to a bohemian world. With the authentic charm of wood, cheerful colors inspired by Eastern Europe, and the comfort of a modern suite, it promises a stay that’s as exotic as it is comfortable. Just one hour from Grenoble and Vienne, halfway between Valence and St. Antoine-l’Abbaye, and 10 minutes from Romans-sur-Isère, this location places you at the heart of the Vercors foothills, Royans, the Drôme des Collines, and Isère. Within a 30-kilometer radius: Avenue Brands and the Shoe Museum in Romans-sur-Isère, the Ideal Palace of Postman Cheval (Hauterive), the Abbey of Saint-Antoine, the hanging houses of Pont-en-Royans, the paddlewheel boat and Thaïs Cave in Saint-Nazaire-en-Royans, and the Garden of the Petrifying Fountains of the Sône. The village of Mours-Saint-Eusèbe offers all the essential daily services and quick access to all amenities and major roads.

Inside, discover a cozy and unique retreat featuring a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a sleeping area with a 140x190cm double bed, a smart TV, a Bluetooth speaker, and a selection of books. All windows are equipped with shutters for optimal comfort. The charming little bathroom features a freestanding bathtub and a toilet. Outside, enjoy a pleasant, shaded private area with patio furniture, lounge chairs, a plancha grill, and private parking. Located near our home, the trailer is oriented away from it to preserve everyone’s peace and privacy. Whether for one night, a weekend, or an extended stay, this exceptional getaway promises a true escape from it all. Open from April through September at a flat rate of €92 per night, with a discounted rate for stays of two nights or more. The Spa is, of course, included in the price.
