This charming stone house boasts lovely Mountain views and a real sense of calm from the moment you arrive. In fine weather, the private natural swimming pool (8.50 x 4 m) quickly becomes the house's favorite spot: the water is always cool, perfect for refreshing yourself after a day in the sun. Kids will love the garden with its trampoline and wooden Cabin, while older children can enjoy a meal on the shady terrace, or simply relax to the sound of the cicadas. From the Holiday cottage, it's easy to go for a walk or a bike ride, without having to take the car. And just a few minutes away, Nyons is well worth a visit: its Provencal Market, lively terraces, olive products... the atmosphere is typically southern. The surrounding area is full of possibilities: hilltop villages, small roads to explore, river bathing spots, wineries to discover... There's also a Water Park nearby for a fun family outing. A simple, friendly place, where you come above all to slow down, enjoy and meet up.

Detached stone house, 159 m², located in a peaceful setting on the heights of Nyons amidst olive groves, with private parking on the property. Holiday cottage La Rochette can accommodate up to 8 people and has 3 bedrooms. Outside, the property offers a covered terrace, a large garden, an 8.50 x 4 m natural swimming pool, secured by an alarm, a Cabin and a trampoline, as well as a garage for motorcycles or sports equipment on request.

The first floor comprises an entrance hall with corridor, a fully-equipped kitchen/living room (dishwasher, hood, hob, built-in oven, fridge, plancha, waste separation) and a comfortable 1st living area. On the lower level (R-1), you'll find a bedroom with access to the terrace 1*140*190 & 1*90*190, a second bedroom (blind) equipped with 140*190 and 90*190 cm beds and a 90*190 bed. The 1st bathroom, shared by bedrooms 1 and 2, is equipped with a shower, bathtub and electric towel dryer. The last bedroom is a master suite with a 160x200 bed and private bathroom. A living room with connected TV, 5-seater sofa, library and outdoor access. A cellar/laundry room with washing machine (private use) completes this level. Please note that tap water comes from a borehole. The owner provides a 6-pack of bottled water per day.
