Welcome to the heart of an attractive tourist region, 30 minutes from famous towns such as Vaison-la-Romaine, Grignan, Vinsobres, Nyons and Orange, and just 10 minutes from Suze-la-rousse. A wide choice of excursions, sports and cultural activities, as well as beautiful Provencal markets with the delicious aroma of local produce. Also worth discovering or rediscovering: the Baronnies to the west, La Garde-Adhémar to the north, the famous crus of the southern Rhône valley: AOC Côtes du Rhône, Vacqueyras, Gigondas, Beaumes-de-Venise, Châteauneuf-du-Pape. We're within easy reach of the A7 motorway (Bollène toll station 15 minutes away, Orange toll station 20 minutes). La Pinède is an architect-designed house for 6 people set in 3,600m² of wooded grounds with a Piscine. Designed to be very pleasant, our vacation home includes on the first floor: kitchen, living room, music room (piano), bathroom, toilet, storeroom/laundry room. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms including 1 family-communicating (160x200) (90x190) (2x90x200; 2x90x190 Bunk beds), wc. Outside: secluded terrace with electric grill, awning and shade cloth, unfenced garden, badminton net, hammock, Piscine (10x4.5m, max depth 1.8m, alarmed, open from June 24 to September 24). Private parking is available inside the property. The owner's garage is available on request and by arrangement for your bikes, motorcycles or bulky equipment. Non-smoking Holiday cottage.
