LA PINÈDE

In the hills above Rochegude, a spacious house with a private Piscine, between Montélimar and Avignon, located in the far southwest of the Drôme department, at the junction of the three departments of Vaucluse, Gard, and Ardèche. Welcome to the heart of an attractive tourist region, just 30 minutes from famous towns such as Vaison-la-Romaine, Grignan, Vinsobres, Nyons, and Orange, and only 10 minutes from Suze-la-Rousse. There’s a wide range of excursions, sports, and cultural activities to enjoy, as well as beautiful Provençal markets filled with the delightful aromas of local products. Also worth discovering or rediscovering: ORANGE la Romaine, Avignon (City of the Popes), Fontaine-de-Vaucluse, Mont Ventoux... the Baronnies to the west, Garde-Adhémar to the north, and the famous wines of the southern Rhône Valley: AOC Côtes du Rhône, Vacqueyras, Gigondas, Beaumes-de-Venise, and Châteauneuf-du-Pape. We’re very easy to reach, just 15 minutes from the A7 (the Bollène toll plaza is 15 minutes away and the Orange toll plaza is 20 minutes away). In the village: bakery and pastry shop, Market, wineries and a cooperative wine cellar, hair salons, food trucks, pizzeria, and Restaurant.

La Pinède is an architect-designed home for 6 people, set on a 3,600 m² wooded lot with a Piscine. Designed to be exceptionally comfortable, our vacation home features the following on the ground floor: kitchen, living room, music room (piano), a bathroom, a toilet, and a pantry/laundry room. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, including 1 family suite with adjoining rooms (160x200) (90x190) (2x90x200; 2x90x190 bunk beds), and a toilet. Outside: a private terrace with an electric griddle, awning, and shade sail; unfenced yard; badminton net; hammock; Piscine (10x4.5m, max depth 1.8m, secured by an alarm, open from June 24 to September 24). You can park privately on the property. The owner’s garage is available upon request and with permission for your bicycles, motorcycles, or bulky equipment. This is a smoke-free holiday cottage.
