Two bedrooms: the first with a double bed (1x160) and the second with two single beds (2x90), shower room (shower, washbasin), separate toilet. Storeroom with washing machine. Terrace with wooden garden furniture, parasol, lovely view of the Monts d'Ardèche and Pilat. Access to a Finnish kota (barbecue) on request. Parking on the property. Owners' house a few meters from the gîte. Heating exclusively by wood-burning stove. Sloping access path to gîte (approx. 10 m), which may be difficult for a person with reduced mobility.
